🔄 Return Eligibility
An item may be eligible for return when it is unused, complete, and kept in its original or equivalent protective packaging. Any included pieces, manuals, accessories, cards, or storage cases should be returned together.
Items showing substantial use, accidental damage, improper handling, modification, missing parts, or avoidable contamination may not qualify.
📷 Damaged or Incorrect Products
When an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the ordered product, contact customer support with a clear description and helpful photographs. We will review the available information and explain the appropriate next step.
📦 Return Authorization
Customers should contact us before sending an item back. Unapproved or unidentified returns may be difficult to verify and may delay review.

Opened products containing loose learning pieces, activity materials, or personal-use components may be subject to additional condition checks for completeness and suitability.
